North America is full of “sport specific trainers and strength & conditioning coaches”, but in my experience Chris Munford is the most detailed and committed trainer, to his athlete’s development and injury prevention. Sport performance is about movement, not simply weight training. CSI provides its clients the highest level of sound training principals. I know that CSI trained athletes are developed, have a mental edge, and are durable.
