Some of the various services most often chosen are:
Athlete Analysis: Biomechanical Assessment & Analysis
Option A: This option is most often chosen by pro coaches & teams and agents for their athletes; also often requested for elite injured athletes
CSI conducts a full redundancy driven, scientific protocol based Biomechanical Analysis. The assessment is filmed and, computer analyzed using Dartfish tech. The results in the form of a Clip-based analysis and commentary are placed on Data Stick or uploaded to the Cloud.
The Assessment takes between 90 minutes – 2 hours to complete; analysis take 5 days to process.
Option B (This option is most often chosen by performance coaches, personal trainers and edical/rehab practitioners to gain a first-hand awareness of their athletes)
Similar to Option A (detailed above), CSI conducts a full redundancy driven, scientific protocol based Biomechanical Analysis but directly includes the coach or rehab specialist who is working with the athlete in the assessment the process. The athlete’s coach/rehab specialist is given a “diagnostic package” to follow along the process and make notes and therefore can drive their conclusions from first-hand experience.

CSI conducts a full Rate of Force Development (RFD) analysis using Myotest technology driven. The athlete is tested for RoF to fully understand how and at what rate the athlete produces and develops strength, power and speed. The results are placed on Data Stick or uploaded to the Cloud.
The assessment takes between 30-45 minutes; results take 3 days to process.

Similar to Option A (detailed above), CSI conducts a full Rate of Force development analysis using Myotest technology driven. (there should be a link to the description in the methodology section). Upon completion of the analysis, CSI has a Strategic Sit-down Session with the athlete and their coach/rehab specialist to discuss and explain the results. The coach/practitioner typically brings along with them their training or rehab strategy and we help them to tweak their training/rehab protocol in light of the results produced by their RFD analysis.
The Assessment takes between 30-45 minutes; results take 3 days to process; ½ day is allocated for the Strategic Sit-down Session
